Mountain Man Hat
During the 1800's, men and women who left the cities and headed west to explore the frontier, were commonly called Mountain Men. They lived off the land, explored the wilderness, trapped animals for their fur pelts, and traded with the local Indian tribes.
One of our current 'foster' Beardies, Buzz, thinks he's a Mountain Man. He begs to be let out so he can explore, but his adventures usually end up with his head tucked in a quiet corner so he can take a nap. We found out, after his rescue, that he had been 'lost' for over 2 weeks before the neighbors found him outside their home.
These Mountain Man hats are made from a brown fuzzy felt, complete with raccoon style tail and ribbon ties. One size fits most. Spot treat only.
This listing is for the Hat ONLY. We've discontinued the vest.
All our beardie creations are uniquely made and one of a kind. Each one is a little different from the next one. The profits from these sales go to help Sarah's Bearded Dragon Rescue. We also often send money and products to other national rescues to help with their beardie (and reptile) rescues.
We would love to have photos of your Beardies in their costumes or snuggling in the blankets. We'll post them (or you post them) on our Pampered Beardies Facebook page, and Instagram!
