Regarding Returns and Exchanges:

We're not able to have products returned or exchanged, to protect the health of all our beardies and reptiles.  BUT Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it does not meet your expectations. We want you to be happy with your decision to purchase our products. We will work with you to find a solution.  

Sizing questions:

An adult Bearded Dragon is generally 18" long and over 6 months old.  We've designed our costumes to fit adult Beardies. Some costumes may have greater adjust-ability because of the ribbon ties and style.  Each item description will explain whether it is a one-size-fits-all or if it can be adjusted for larger or smaller sizes. 

We do not recommend putting costumes on baby and juvenile Beardies. We suggest you get them use to being held, snuggled and comfortable with being handled during those first 6 months.  Older Beardies, if they've not had the early handling and interaction with humans, would also need to be slowly adapted to a gentle human touch. Be patient, be consistent.

Turnaround time:

We try very hard to get to get your orders shipped out as quickly as possible, usually within 3 to 5 days after you've placed the order. We will always send an email with the tracking # of your package, but we are at the mercy of the US Postal service as to when it gets delivered.  99% of the time the packages arrive in a timely manner. So please order your items early enough to allow for fulfillment and the shipping, so you're not stressed waiting for it.

The Covid-19 pandemic has certainly lengthened the delivery times. Keep watching the tracking information for it's progress.

Custom Orders:

We certainly will respond to your requests for custom orders or a different size of one of the listings. However, please be aware that during certain busy times of the year, it is impossible for us to do custom requests.  

Shipping:

You'll receive an email shipping notification when we send out your order and it includes a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Sometimes the US post office doesn't get things delivered on time, but we can't control that.  If your tracking information states that the package was delivered in/at your mailbox, PLEASE contact your local Post Office or mail carrier since they are the last ones to hold it in their hand and scan it and leave it at your door.

Please plan ahead for your packages' arrival so that both of us aren't stressed if it doesn't arrive on time.  If timing is essential, then we suggest you use the PRIORITY shipping option. Most Priority packages are guaranteed to arrive in 2 or 3 days, depending on your location.

International Shipping:

We apologize for how expensive the shipping costs are for international orders. The US Post Office raised their international rates this year and some of the rates doubled!

 With the Covid-19 pandemic, most international packages are taking 3 to 6 weeks to be delivered.  I can not track a package once it enters in to your country's jurisdiction. You'll need to follow up with your local postal people so they can pull up the tracking # on their system.
